Dont be fooled by the name… Larry Jazzz is a music fanatic. His knowledge and music collection of all things Soulful, Jazzy & Funky is deep and long standing, making him a world leader of the funk as one of the DJs spreading the groove around the globe.

On his return to DJing after a 6 year hiatus back in the 90s, Larry was experiencing a very shaky set fraught with uncertainty. A colleague, John JSt*r Ayers whispered… "Have faith in your tunes". It was a comment which not only made Larry relax and deliver a sterling set. It became the catalyst that has enhanced Larry´s purpose of sharing the soundtrack of his life with everyone that he encounters. Since his metamorphism from Jazzy Larry in the 70s into LARRY JAZZZ in the 80s there have been no further name changes. However his repertoire now encompasses Disco, Jazz, Hip Hop, Jazz Fusion, RnB, Soulful, Funky, Deep and Minimal House, Pop, Rock, Reggae, Latin, Break Beat, Broken Beat, Drum & Bass and Dub Step. Larry would describe the music that moves him currently as anything soulful. "I'm still loving anything that has quality input. Old Skool Rare Grooves to the latest Pop Hits. Soaring vocals and fat basslines all get a reckoning from me… as long as it prescribes to any of the above menus" he says. "If the bass ain't kicking and the vocals ain't soaring… Forget about it!

Now re-located to The Costa del Sol, Spain and nicknamed "Legend" by many, Larry continues his regular gigs, party nights and functions in his new home to a new audience.
